Ingredientes:
10 láminas de masa seca de arroz, 200 grs. de langostinos, 100 grs. de vieiras, 100 grs. de calamares, 2 dientes de ajo picados, 2 raíces de cilantro picadas, 1 cucharada de aceite de sésamo, 2 cucharadas de salsa de ostra, 1 vaso de agua, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1 cucharadita de azúcar.
Remojar en agua caliente las láminas de arroz hasta que se ablanden. Entonces se deben escurrir bien y reservarse para más adelante. Los langostinos, las vieiras y los calamares deben trocearse en pedacitos muy pequeños. A renglón seguido, calentar una cucharada de aceite en el wok, añadir el diente de ajo y saltear durante 2 minutos. Agregar los mariscos picados y las raíces de cilantro y saltear tres minutos (se sabe que el tiempo transcurrido es el correcto cuando se doran los mariscos). Entonces es el momento de poner dos cucharadas de salsa de ostra, un vaso agua, el aceite de sésamo, la sal y el azúcar. Es necesario conseguir una masa uniforme con todos estos ingredientes. Una vez se da por finalizada esta labor, se utilizará el resultante como relleno de las láminas de masa seca de arroz y se enrollarán. El borde se puede sellar con agua. Una vez conseguido el rollito, deben freírse en el wok, con suficiente aceite, de 2 a 3 minutos –justo hasta conseguir ese punto dorado–.
