50% de barricas Nuevas para favorecer los aromas tostados y la oxigenación del vino. 50% de barricas avinadas para respectar la fruta del vino y la expresión del “terroir”
Cata: Muy cubierto negruzco, limpio, brillante. Nariz potente e intensa con un gran equilibrio entre la fruta (roja y negra) y la madera (especies, clavos, canela)
En boca es majestuoso con gran persistencia frutal y unos taninos frutales dulces los cuales se ensamblan y arrastran los taninos de la madera, final muy frutal.
