Ingredientes:
400 grs. de tortellini rellenos de queso, 25 grs. de gambas peladas, 25 grs. de ostras frescas, 25 grs. de calamares precocidos, 2 dientes de ajo picados, 2 cucharaditas de mantequilla, queso mozzarella, 1 copa de vino tinto, perejil picado, aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta.
Preparación:
Cocer la pasta hasta conseguir que quede “al dente”. En el Wok se pone el aceite de oliva y la mantequilla a calentar y, cuando ésta se derrita, se añade perejil y ajo y se pone a fuego lento, para posteriormente añadir los mariscos. Cuando el marisco ya esté cocido, se agrega el vino tinto, se aguarda a que vaya desapareciendo y se salpimienta. Ha llegado el momento de introducir la pasta para que se aromatice, en 40 segundos. Sacarlo todo y colocarlo en una cazuela con queso mozzarella y en un horno a 150 grados centígrados. Se deja la cazuela durante 7 minutos hasta que se gratine el queso.
